Tuscany is certainly one of the most famous Italian regions in the world. We all connect Tuscany to food and wine.
We have been lucky to have a guest from Tuscany here – Samuele Socci – in Cape Town who has accepted to be our guest in the show and chat to us about the most known Tuscan dishes and wines.
Of course everybody know the “Bistecca all Fiorentina” which is eaten, of course, not only in Florence. There are many more dishes tourists and foreigners should try in Tuscany and also out of Italy, like “la Ribollita” a typical winter dish which has its summer partner called “la Panzanella“.
